What data GAF publishes

The GAF directory publishes factual information about global accounting networks and associations, including: organisation name and type; headquarters location; geographic reach; member firm counts; market coverage; and, where verified, revenue and financial data. All published data relates to organisations, not individuals.

How data is sourced

Data is obtained from three sources: direct submissions from participating organisations; verified public disclosures including annual reports and regulatory filings; and GAF's own primary research. All three streams are cross-referenced before publication.

Data accuracy

GAF makes every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy. Where data is disputed or uncertain, it is either withheld or flagged as estimated. We do not publish data we believe to be materially incorrect.

Corrections and disputes

Any organisation may request a correction to their profile at any time. Correction requests are reviewed by the GAF editorial team and actioned within five business days where evidence is provided. To submit a correction, contact editorial@accountingforum.global.

Data about individuals

The GAF directory does not publish personal data about individuals except where explicitly submitted by the relevant organisation as part of an enhanced participation arrangement (for example, named leadership profiles). Individuals may request removal of their data by contacting us directly.

No pay-to-rank

Ranking positions are determined solely by the relevant metric for each ranking view. No organisation can purchase a ranking position or influence the outcome of any ranking through commercial participation. This policy is audited annually by the GAF Advisory Board.

Data updates

The directory is reviewed on a rolling annual cycle, with interim updates published when material changes are verified. The date of the most recent data update is shown on each profile page.
